This add-in automatically populates the email subject and body when the recipient is set to support@sca-atl.com.
After typing the email address, the subject will be set to Support Ticket, and the body will contain the following questions:
Please answer them to the best of your ability.
- What is the issue, and when did it first occur?
- Who is this issue affecting?
- What/any error messages are you seeing?
- What attempts have you made to resolve the issue so far?
